Omero
Ok currently i am running 1 aq2200(since my other one burned out) on 2 Fi btl's. I recently bought a amp for my vocals and noticed when i connect the rca's to the vocal amp their is huge ground noise coming from the subwoofer...and when i unplug the rca's from the vocal amp their is no ground noise from the subwoofer. Note the subwoofer is amped to the aq2200 incase u didnt figure that out They are both grounded to the seatbelt bolt if that makes a differnce. The rca's are also ran in differnt sides from the 0gauge battery could it be the vocal amp? its a cheap one i bought just temp its a pyramid lol Quote 2 12' Fi Bl's 2 AQ2200 1 180 Amp Alternator(yea i know i need more amperage) 3 Optimas 0g wiring/big three ---------------------------

Gotloud555
I don't trust seat belt bolt.. I heard many issuse about it.. I like to make my own ground..
dwz
yeah don't use seat belt bolt at all.. DO bolt it down /w a couple washers, a bolt and a nut (cost me like 1 dollar at home depot dude). make sure you don't drill into the gas tank. also, use some sand paper so the ground is free of any paint. be thorough. make sure you have good quality connections /w your power and ground wires too.. you know in case a terminal fork is loose (if you use that). make sure the fuse holder is nice and tight
skittlesRgood
cheap amps do cause weird problems. see about trading it out with a friend's amp just to test it.
