The TOX report came back and it was proven that he was on PCP at the time of the incident so therefore they deemed it that under those circumstances being high on PCP would have made him temporarily insane. The only thing im dealing with now is going to be in and out of civil court because his family is rallying to say that i killed him in cold blood since the dash cam video has not been cleared to be released. I replied "With all due respect maam when he went flying by me and i initiated my traffic stop i didnt know he was black and that had no judgement on me making the stop and regardless of what sex/race you are if you break the law i will stop you" Her response was you are just a N***A hating Cracka ass white cop.At which point she was arrested and held in contempt of court.
