when did I ever say my system wasn't loud lol? for the budget I've got(part time work / full time college) it's pretty good. cap was a noob mistake from the start(over a year ago) I'll admit it.

I was thinking of just putting in blue leds instead. Still curious if the reading on the cap is the actual voltage on the battery or not though, not 100% with that one.

typically the reading on your cap is gonna be the caps voltage. you could pull the guts of the display out and make a cool little voltmeter. exo did that with an old cap. its a cool idea

Caps can help, but HO Alts is the way to go. Nothing can substitute for bad electrical.
