Jared420 Posted September 3, 2010 Report Share Posted September 3, 2010 I wouldn't I got the magic smoke when I ran my cliff amp at .5 daily and its supposedly stable to .5 ohm by the manufacturer. says it right in the book, fully stable down to .5 ohm. Crescendo 3k is .5 stable Warning, you are taking advice from a noob with 0 install experience at this point, any advice I give is strictly based on information gathered via the intrawebz and lots of forum surfing over a period of 2 months If you are considering buying a DC Level 5, do it. Don't think about it, just do it. It'll work. go to lowes get bricks wait in yard. throw said brick at vehicle. If thats me and that just happened to me Im going looking for him after that. 1. But seriously, I would not run a T4000 at less than .7 daily, hell I wouldn't do under 1 ohm daily, no real need to on that amp. Everyone I know that runs RF says there's no benefit to running under 1 ohm, cuz they get too hot too fast, and as we all should know, when your amp is getting really hot it means it's probably clipping too.
