So the guy messaged me back on facebook saying that he just has a lot on his plate and stuff so he forgot to ship it. He said he'd get it shipped out today and that he'd send me the tracking number too. I basically told him that if he doesn't do it asap, i'll file for fraudulent charges and that'll just be a pain for the two of us. I'll keep you guys updated on whether it comes or not though.
