They just want to get it cheap and say "derrrr, look at teh pretty lights in muh dash!" Because audio is a lifestyle not a hobby. Things that I am allergic too.... Haters Bitch Notes

Team_DC-Derrick Posted September 19, 2010 Report Posted September 19, 2010 i feel safe with my wall... but the subs on the other hand, even if they are screwed into 1.5" thick baffle, still a possibility of flying out in a head on collision... but then again it also comes with safe driving and being aware of your surroundings.. you also cant use your rearview... so you have to learn to adapt with out that.. The DC Integra 3 18s to 6 15 build log Team_DC-Derrick's Youtube Team DC Audio where theres a will theres a wall....... I just realized Steve has reach Voldemort status, over on JP's site he is the one who will not be named....."We dont speak his name over here, fearing it will destroy us" LOL not even in hush tones

Boon Posted September 20, 2010 Report Posted September 20, 2010 of course man. i was just curious about having all that weight behind your head if you got into a serious accident. With a properly constructed wall I'd be more worried about the basket smashing to pieces and the motors flying out the front of the wall, or the screws holding the woofer in breaking. 10.x volts fo' life!
korey_hofer Posted September 20, 2010 Report Posted September 20, 2010 only way for it to be safe is after it secured the right way, you add rear camera, beef up suspension, and upgrade brakes previously known as wenn_du_weinst aka fucking internet coward supreme. I talk shit on other forums like a little bitch and hope i don't get caught out on the street.
VIP3R Posted September 20, 2010 Author Report Posted September 20, 2010 only way for it to be safe is after it secured the right way, you add rear camera, beef up suspension, and upgrade brakes i can tell you are against the average wall 2 Sundown Audio SA-10s Box built by Speed of Sound Kicker 1500.1 Infinity Ref 475a Rockford Fosgate T1682c 6x8s Pioneer Premier DEH-510UB XS Power D6500 Stock 130amp Alt Big 3 Build Log
korey_hofer Posted September 20, 2010 Report Posted September 20, 2010 I'm against all walls in daily drivers actually previously known as wenn_du_weinst aka fucking internet coward supreme. I talk shit on other forums like a little bitch and hope i don't get caught out on the street.
audiofanaticz Posted September 20, 2010 Report Posted September 20, 2010 so yea... walls are not safe when built right in daily drivers............ Notice the fully intact wall that saved the drivers life on his way home from finals about 20 minutes away from his house. And even the huge BTL subs are still intact in the wall after the car rolling multiple times.
