No need for 8ga on mids and highs. 12ga on the 10, 12ga on the 6.5 and 16ga on the tweets. the only reason you see 4ga on the mids/high part of the amps is because the terminals are 4ga and i wanted them to match the subs half...also it is a long run to the front.
