i just HAD to bump this up. any updates on thee new paint and wheels?

settle down, dont you think I WILL bump it up when there is an update?

there is more then just paint going on this.....a lot of small details are being taken care of. Not to mention its got primer,silver basecoat, 7 coats of candy blue, and then clear. This aint Earl Shieb. Plus we lost a full week + a few days while they were on a shop wide vacation (they shut down for the last week of the year).

So no big deal.

oh, the rims are here but they showed up with Pirelli 30 series tires. I ordered 25 series. Had to send them back. No prob though, the owner of the company brought them down in person and didnt mind bringing them back for the correct tires. The Hoopty wont be ready till early next week anyhow.

well the guys at AZAfoged/Sinister (the wheel makers) are the original makers of almost every wheel out there including the Roadstars (remember those?). Maybe i will recycle these rims next tuesday on recycle day and order up some 26x10 REVERSE Roadstars instead Triple gold of course, i dont wanna be cheap! :rofl:

Candy paint and triple gold 26's.. doesn't get much more baller then that. Actually I don't think there would be a better paint choice then that blue for some gold rims
