billy101
I had something similar happen to my car as well, but it was on the hood. Dent of about two quarters wide. was driving to school, when WHAM! a loud smack on the hood, sorta like when hail hits the car and you're inside it. Pulled over into the walmart parking lot, and saw it. I was furious for about a week, but now it's part of the car....It's a 2001 Impala LS, so 1 dent in the 9 years we've had it, isn't too bad; imo. I understand how pissed you feel. Edited November 2, 2010 by billy101 Quote First System 2002 Impala LS 3.8L V6, 128,365k miles. meade916
damn, thats incredible, can you tell at all that its dented? or is it good as new? also, are you getting it fixed all the way, or just leaving it at that? and whats somethinglike that cost ballpark like? to be 100% honest its about 93-95%. He told me the best he could do was probably 90. When i left the place with the sun blazing ABOVE my head, i could not see it at all. When i got in the shop under the fluorescent bulbs, you can barely-barely see where the "scuff" was and the slightest microscopic spot where the crease was. Its actually really REALLY good and you cant see it at all if your more then a few feet back. I can live with it and i am VERY picky.....
