2 smds 1 kicker warhorse?

I think you should run a lil less power... You will be able to sufficiently power a smaller amp better and the subs will like you more

If you give each sub bout 3k that should be plenty

i think it will work because this guy has 2

and he has 8 batteries but still he has 2 kicker warhorses so that means u need 16 batteries and 4 alternators right so i do't know how this guy is running them

well whats cool about the warhorse is that you can adjust the output. so if you want 1kw you can adjust it for that or if you want 5kw you can do that. thats probably what this guy did. he just setup the amps for 5kw output each and has two for the cool factor.

I dont see the Hype over the Warhorse personally.. You can get a much smaller amp that puts out more power and is more efficient for the same price

Im in no way bashing Kicker its just that is a BIG ass AMP...The actual amp itself not the power output

wow i never knew that about the warhorse this amp just gets better and better

so 1 of this 6 batteries 4 of them being D3100s and 1 H/O alternators is good to start with then just add more

But i donno bout all that voltage drop is the warhorse that power hungry, i have 2 3100's and 1 270 ..wit an optima up front and the 8k can draw 800cca so i should see catistophic drop but i dont! I barely get into the high 12s at full tilt

He should be fine wit 1 alt and 4 or 6 3100's and when u get a chance get another alt, and an sd 16k !

I don't know any amps as efficient as the Warhorse at that power level, minus RF 15k, but that's a totally different animal.

The Warhorse isn't your standard korea made class d amp. You must have no idea what makes it different.

Just like the Crown GTI6000, I'm sure you say it sucks, overrated, and way to big.

When you see efficiency ratings on most amps its at 4ohms, which is in the high 80s, at tops.

Kicker is in the 90s at 2ohms, where it makes full power. Not at 4ohms and 1/4th of the actually output of the amp.

But I'm sure Kicker didn't waste all that R&D time money when they could of had a standard Korea board be smaller,more output and more efficient. Seems everybody bashes anything different.
