Within minutes they went through 200 plus of them and I didnt even get one. Hunters21w Posted February 28, 2013 Report Share Posted February 28, 2013 What you think guys, build a remington 870 shotty or AR 15? I want something that has multiple uses. I'd like to be able to shoot it at the range frequently, self defense and also be able to hunt deer. I'd like to build a .308 AR so that it will be a bigger caliber for hunting. The .223 I've read can do the job but still a little small for bigger deer. I'm willin to buy separate uppers and lowers but idk if I can handle buying the stripped pieces yet. The shotty is obviously much cheaper all the way around. Probably won't be as fun to shoot but will do the job.
