Ok so i am a dumbass, i know...i didn't buy the insurance. I NEVER hardly have any problems with my phones and i paid full price to get my iphone 5 while still in my old contract. So i guess since i never need it, and i was already spending $700+, i decided to be a cheap bastard. The other day, i paid the price. I got out of my car with my phone on my lap and it hit the pavement. It was like slow motion....i couldn't stop it all i could do was reach out and of course watch it drop. Yessir, it cracked the screen. To me, a cracked phone screen is the most annoying thing ever so after about a week i couldn't take it anymore. I called up Apple to see how much it would be and to my astonishment, they told me "no insurance, no dice". I KNEW it would be expensive to fix but not FULL PRICE for a new phone!! Almost $800!!! They also kicked in a screen protector. On top of that, they were out of Iphone 5 protective cases.......but the guy working their pulled one of his personal (used) ones out of his desk drawer and gave it to me no charge. These guys are awesome and after reading how the company got started, a young kid starting out in his house, i got a lot more respect. Its not just a big company that fixes things, its a youngster who started with nothing and is now fixing I-anything's (and other brands i believe) for people all over the world. So if you got a broken smart phone, and want it fixed fast and at a fair price, they have my official endorsement. They didn't even know who i was and treated me like a king when i walked in that place. CHECK EM OUT if you gotta prob and tell them some dude name Steve sent you LOL
