I'm also sure it's not all about the business. A lot of use spend our time educating the public about brand awareness as well as answer any questions they might have. So,e people don't have the luxury of a near by walk-in style shop to get things answered. That's why use forum guys come in to help out. Rusty is only one man, and extremely busy. He can't always get to every email or call. That's why he hand selected in online guys. They are all very knowledge and have proven they have the skills.
