    umm you know you just cant get a license in another state just because you are suspended in another. all the statess are linked anymore. and anytime you apply for new insurance they are going to see that. they run your drivign record. duuurrrrrrrrrrr

    until some jackass doesnt return it. thats the issue. youd have to charge someone the full price in order to ensure it was returned. then do refunds and the hokey pokey with the remaining amount. howerver feel free to go ahead and purchase one and try to tackle this.     you need to try connecting a good btatery to it and then trying to charge it that thing is fucked htough sitting at 7 volts

    knowing the functions of a multimeter is not necessarily going to get you by. you need to test each wire so you need to know how to test it.
