I have great electrical in my car (320 AMP DC Power alt, XS Power 3100 up front, 3 more batts in the back, 3 runs of 1/0 B+ and Ground) and I still wouldn't run it at .5, just for the fact it is a 1500 dollar amp...No thanks. I'll buy two and run them strapped at 2 ohm before going .5 and piss away 1500 bucks. lol some people just say F it lol. I ran my sundown 3500 for a minute there at .25 You also have to account for rise......you could end up having a ton and the amp would have been just fine. Depends on the setup though like always That much money, still isn't worth it hahaha. Musically, though, box rise is kinda null and void. If it was a burp box, then f it haha

Thing I like about these subs are first glance, is they kept the look simple and clean.

BIG Hell no. Mine had issues and the first thing asked was 'was it ran at .5ohm'. It wasn't, but if it would have been, they will not warranty it when it blows. Electrical for it or not. I run mine at 2 ohm, so I was safe. It may run at .5 ohm, but at your own risk. Unless you get Kevin to say differently and/or write it down that he will warranty it. lol OP nice box skills though! Like the look of that last box. Also, you may want to do a few more runs of power. That amp is still hungry!!

Very nice set actually. I have two sets in my car and love them. Only suggestion is to hook the tweet up on the x-over at -3db. They scream lol

I have been having problems viewing things since the site crashed. Like some of the vids won't show up, or at times I click a thread and it takes for ever to open. Thought it was just my work pc, but it is the same at home. Example, was looking thru the door build video in your (Steve) UBL and it isn't there. None of them are. Boo. I dunno if just cleaning my cache would help, but I don't think I have access to do that at work.

Steve, I'd put money on most people on this forum having your back. You give us a place to hang, chill, learn and fight like brothers and sometimes even sisters. Let them hate, but never let them see it bother you. Then win when they see you react in a negative manner (ie responses). Just block them or what ever. Let them hate more and discuss it on other forums. I'd bet some of those who are curious, come over here and find it as a new place to hang. Some may not, but meh...who cares. You are how many members strong? That alone should tell you something.
