  1. THey do ship internationally.. I live in Aus too and have spoken to them about this. They just sometimes take a little bit to reply to emails.. Can't give you prices, will depend on what and how much your ordering.
  2. You could try posting a generalize topic in General Audio or if you want to get more detailed responces break down the different components and post in the relevant Board.. When you do post give as much info as you can, budget, car, goals, etc.
  3. What about. The Skar comp set?? $140 shipped.. How do they perform
  4. What about the head unit's, single din that have a larger face? Something like http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_43653_Power-Acoustik-PD-931NB.html
  5. One of each, two of each or 3 of each. I think there would be enough room? Pics?
  6. Any chance these (and your other product's) can be shipped internationally? Would love one in Aus
  7. So what you're saying is that you could use a headunit equlizer, but you are limited to the control you have because the headunit only has say a 7 band equalizer where as a seperate equalizer has a broader range of frequency (up to 153 on the 3sixty.2)? So for curiousity sake, if you where using a pre-amp equalizer to a 2 channel amp for say, midbass and you tune it using the equalizer, would that mean you didn't need to use the high/low pass filter's on the amp? Or would you have to set it "flat"?
  8. Evening all, So I have been doing some research over the past few week's but I cannot find any information regarding this. My query is, when it comes to tuning your system for either "loud and clear" or a sound quality build, what are the differences in using say, a head unit with a built in crossover/equalizer (say the Pioneer DEH-80PRS or similar units), a separate equalizer (Rockford 3sixty.2 or similar) or the crossover settings on an amplifier (Sundown Audio I heard has a good crossover). So are there any major difference's with using different component's to tune and control frequencies in your system, or is it one of those times where it is just a matter of choice? If you were to use an equalizer, would that mean you wouldn't need to adjust the amplifier crossover as much or at all (if you were using a separate amp for each component) or would it be better to tune it at one put, then refine the tuning at the second point? Sorry if this isn't making sense.
  9. ANother Aussie, welcome. Get used to paying a shit load for audio though... least it's like that in Canberra?
  10. Found this random when researching http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/multi-way/14162-how-can-i-measure-db-output.html
  11. Ahoy, Would a Hifonics GLX1400.1D be alright to run a single VXX 10" at 2 ohm? Have plans to run 2 in the future but for the time being can only afford one! (joys of living in Aus!)
  12. Keep the money. You guys went out of your way for him and he stuffed you around for almost 2 months.
  13. Keep em for as long as you can!!!! They'll be worth something one day!
