    to get rid of those gaps on your baffles and such, you should use some body filler and sand her down. the final product will look 100 times better.

    did you let the engine sit there and reach full operating temp, then let it sit another 5 minutes or so? edit, when doing this dont turn ANY accesories on, keep the radio off, keep the lights off, everything.

    well when you let your car sit there and idle, let it get to operating temperature, and just get out for 15 minutes and let it sit and idle. the computer needs to learn its fuel trims basically.

    take off your iacv and try cleaning it with brakeparts/carb cleaner, put her back on ad reset your ecu (take off negative terminal for a minute or so) then start your car, and let it sit there and warm up, if your idle is still messed up, check the tps, then keep troubleshooting from there before spending tons and tons of money on something you might not need

    doors are easy to realign if you take them off properly and mark around the hing. i would just get someone to help you put it back on.

    you might need to get a few more after that ebay kit though, half the time they come with just about every peice you'll need, except for 2 that are hard to find.

    but V-TECH JUST KICKED IN YO! i actually have a "sohc vtec" sticker for my car. kinda like how they said "dohc vtec" on the 99-00 si's lol i dont think its ricey, its basically an aftermarket-oem kinda deal.

    camber kits, turbo "kits" and lowering "kits" are the only kits that should go onto a honda.

    usually driving a car with tags off of another car, is way way worse than driving a car with no tags at all. and on top of that, no insurance.... dont do it, just tow it home. not worth the risk imo. you can drive the car once you get the tags and insurance on it.

    its only bad if you rice out the thing with a body kit, neon, and a shopping cart wing, or have a completely stock motor with a fart can and bolt ons, and race some z06 and lost because your vtec didnt kick in hard enough lol

    i got mine from wally world for 62 bucks including tax. good headset for the money. imo, if you lowered to maybe 50 shipped you may have more offers.. just my opinion. dont tear me a new one lol
