  7. post up max dimensions im sure someone can help you with a box design
  8. its a different coil beefier suspension as well, not just added cooling they also have a stronger motor i would personally be around 3^ft each no need to recone at this time
  9. we dont sell just parts sorry, any other questions feel free to pm me
  10. once you start playing with efficiency you can design a box to make ANY sub reach its limits on low power
  11. you can make a lvl 6 reach mechanical limits on 1000 watts, ppl dont understand just how much of an impact box design makes
  12. thats completely wrong Is it? I was under the impression that the sealed section brought down frequency response and cone excursion. The smaller the chamber the smaller the excursion, but the less low end response. In fact I think I have a graph in WinISD illustrating this... What is the case if not this? Not trying to be an ass, trying to learn. (: should have specified i was talking about the over excursion
  13. little smaller then i would do but should work just fine
  14. dc subs do not large boxes i would not go any bigger than 3.75 there is soo much motor force on that sub if it is put into a larger box it will reach its limits too quick and you will end up breaking the neck joint,
  15. kylar look up justin henke, with his sixth order with two lvl 6 18s doing a 55 at 19hz
  16. lvl 6s are great musical subs and perform great in bandpasses, i know this for a fact , might want to add some bracing in side that box now what are you planning on power, do not put that sub in 4.5 cubes it will tear itself apart
