want my advice? ditch the "bass blockers" and get a real passive x-over. you see those "bass blockers" are a simple 6db per octave passive crossover that 1. can handle very little power (as they were designed for HU power) and 2. do very little in the way of protecting your tweeters say your tweet can play down to 3k hz at a 24db per octave id feel safe putting my high pass right at 3k for a 6db per octave id want it set more at 6k and even then it may be a little iffy i like 18 db and up x-overs as for your other questions good luck

ive heard good things about bash. ive almost bought a few of them myself (but money runs out you know how it is) the one thing you might wanna do with that particular one is to cover up the circuitry. most plate amps have this plastic cover on them inside the box which keeps all the bad shit out of it

i had this once. had to do with vortex theory essentially with the trunk open the subs had more air to move and created a louder score. however this was because of a mistake of mine and it probably would have been louder if i had done the box correctly show me how everything is setup in your trunk

you are scared that getting rid of that third sub will make you quieter. drop that. go to the subwoofers/enclosures section down below up at the top is a sticky called Torres box calculator (or something to that effect) download it find the recommended box specs for those woofers begin designing the box remembering that 12-16 sq inches of port per cube is a good starting point once you get the box correct and at the desired tuning freq then you build there is a cut sheet at the top right of the program good luck. it is not difficult and i bet itll be a fair bit louder
