Take my dog out to pee, hear some critters running towards us. Thinking its a cat, I stay and wait for it. HOLY SHIT, not one but two BIG motherfucking raccoon's run right by us and up the street. Since when do we have raccoon's in the California desert? And did I say, these fuckers were huge.

Had a big ass one get hit by a car in front of the house, thought it was dead so pulled it by the tail to the sidewalk, hour later it was gone! Thing was at least 40 lbs.
