Cancelled them, they want to charge me a month of service I can't even use.

I know what you mean. They did that when I dropped them. They charged me for my month, plus one more month, plus a $150 cancellation fee. Came up to $423 to drop them... I refused to pay that much and 2 years later they sent me a letter saying they'd settle for half of that. Fucking win.
