    I bought a shitload of candy from Walmart, and there are exactly ZERO trick-or-treatin' kids in my neighborhood. Wonder if its another one of the stupid-ass apartment rules.

      I went out and bought alot too, ended up getting like 6 kids total and just gave them like 6 pieces each... Now I just have a huge ass bowl of candy.
