    Are you already out? If not, start the process as soon as possible, like 90 days before your discharge date. If you are lucky, you will have your VA physical done before you get out, which is supposed to speed up the process.

    Submitted my claim the last week of February 2011. Called yesterday to check on it, was informed it went to the decision department (rating amount) on April 26, 2012. Average time for a decision, 104 days. I should know my rating on or around August 8, 2012. Only good thing is, I can expect back pay for the 18 months between February 2011 and August 2012. CHA-CHING.

    Who's puiling stuff out of their ass? Its a POS Saturn that is 15 years old. All or part of the catalytic element can break off inside. This could cause the rattle sound, this could cause a slight blockage, that could in turn fuck up the o2 reading and damage the sensor.

    In the manual, it tells you that all filters must be all the way open.

    No. You are playing a 40hz tone for the sub, if your HPF is set above that, the dd-1 won't recieve the signal. The mids are gonna have to suck it for a few seconds, or you will need to disconnect the wires.

    Rattle could be a ton of things. I would say you have fucked up catalytic converter is causing the exhaust to back up causing the high temp code on the o2 sensor. The rattle could be the catalytic element has broken loose inside its case.

    Thats what pisses me off. I know it doesn't take that long, but they go off the book. Mechanics have a book with all repairs listed in it along with a set time to complete it. The numbers are way inflated. Its how mechanics make money, and why I don't give a fuck if a mechanic is out of work.
