  1. I would not pay for either of those options. I agree, best bang for ur buck if u need an inexpensive option. Not the best out there, but worth the $$ which is more than I would say for those others u mentioned. Oh lawdy do we have another Nismo on our hands?
  2. Congrats (i think) bro. Some 1800 añejo+coke in my cup for ya 2nite and tomorrow I'mma hit the big patron bottle (1.75l) in honor of ur "freedom". Git u some.

  5. I think i actually have you beat....it was a good 4yrs ago....and I'll have to put the pics in PB if they aint already...but all I gotta say is WU-TANG. TBC'd.
  6. No offense bro, but you have under 20 posts here...and GP2K2/Tim has his own section/resume full of "why I should trust him over you" as far as quality/performance/reliability. That said, I'm not saying I wouldn't EVER buy from you, but I think you're gonna have a hard time selling any without: 1: Brand 2: Some "reputable" testimonials as to how well it works 3: Pics of said "products" 4: Any refs? at all? Truthfully I haven't even got around to ordering any from Tim/GP yet but I THOROUGHLY trust his stuff and his word. Just might take a while or some HUGE undercutting/discount to sell any of your stuff here.
  7. Aaaaaaaaawwwwww LET-DOWN CITY. DO-OVER! ....2 be continued...?...and get David or somebody to hold the camera so the poor dirty fella don't get so spooked.
  8. get ready to sand and polish till ur hands bleed. But yea, clear epoxy resin, and a buunch of rubbin. Look on youtube for "tygaboy" he has a bunch of cf how to vids. Also... http://fiberglassforums.com/showthread.php...ht=carbon+fiber http://fiberglassforums.com/showthread.php...ht=carbon+fiber http://fiberglassforums.com/showthread.php...ht=carbon+fiber There's a bunch omre out there too...just do some searchin.
  9. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=muP9eH2p2PI pretty much covered all their bases there. A great job IMO.
  10. You could just angle grind that bump right outta there....I would make it thick as hell first rather than having to glass over the "hole" that you will leave if you grind throught that spot. Also...I hope you're gonna cross-brace the hell outta the front wall to tie it to the rear inner wall of the enclosure.... Good to see some progress, keep it up meng.
  11. It's actually the same as doing a set of kicks...so you're prolly gonna wanna 'swiss cheese' the OEM panel...drill lottsa 1/4' holes prior to adding resin/material...or b4 you just resin it...the holes will allow the resin to seep tru the part and "around back" of that part and hold it more securely/bond the new material to the oem panel better. This will also strengthen the base/oem panel and minimize warpage...if you do it right. tonns of pics of this method in the fiberglass section...just look in a build for any set of kicks that utilizes the oem kick panel.
  12. The doorpanels come with a OEM/Factory "non-stick" finish (orange peal) and glossy non-stick coating to keep the soda and coffee spills from sticking...if you want anything to stick you will have to sand them and I would degrease/clean them thoroughly as well. Keep at it bro.
  13. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...mp;#entry314121 post #10 and http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...hp?showforum=15
  14. Nice job. I like the creativity of leaving a flat spot for the x-over and mounting/integrating it w/ the pod. Pretty slick.
  15. I am still (as I always have) running my 4 cvr 12's sealed in 5.15cft after displacement (yes for all 4) off a PG tantrum 1200.1 and last time I metered on a TL was last AutoRama and I burped a 146.3 in the kick... I later realized I was only running off a 60A fuse tho...I normally have a 60A glass style fuse AND a Maxi 80A at the same connection point in my dist. block (potentially 140A)...and I have since swithched to the maxi 80A and will be putting back in a 60A fuse once I pick some up. I can do around 145db TL on the dash. Vehicle is a '97 integra 2dr...everything in the trunk/hatch.
  16. I meant to link to this earlier too. Try looking around a bit more next time...there is already a tonn of info on this site. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...?showtopic=1212
  17. You need an account on a "pic hosting site" like photobucket or flickr or sounddomain. you can upload ur pics to their hosting server and it will generate a address/url/ and IMG tag. I use Photobucket and it seems to work alright. Just make an account and upload to a folder there it will walk you through how to do it...and its free.
  18. I would keep in mind/consider making a "less than traditionally shaped" port. You need a lot of port area, and if you're trying to utilize the space at the top of the wall, I would suggest an upside down/inverted triangle port... or the type that uses ALL the space between the woofers....an isosceles triangle w/curved sides on the 2 shorter legs...and maybe more than one port if need be...use up all that dead space on the wall face. Kinda like Roscoe did on his setup with 4 RE XXX18's http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t161/ro...29/IM000850.jpg http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t161/ro...29/IM000851.jpg
  19. Damn. Yea that's basically your German version of GP2K2. Very nice, very well done, NOT that attractive in the end....but flawless craftmanship form the look. I'd love to have a go at a project like that. But prolly never will.
