  1. big 3 only gives you a little more amperage from your alt, the bigger wire has less resistance therefore allowing current transfer easier. Also, the minuet amount of amperage gain from the big 3 wont be audible to anyone. The big 3 is also just a stepping stone in car audio, its the first thing you do to get prepared for extra batteries or an high output alternator. In your case, a second battery would probably solve your dimming issue but we would need to know what amp your currently using.
  2. go with regular mouse traps and peanut butter. The rat/mouse poison kills them slowly but they cant get enough of the stuff (dont use if you have pets).
  3. lol, mine are about 100 or so. There hot to the touch getting in the truck.
  4. warm amp.... hmmm..... all i can think of is clipping bad.
  5. ive actually seen planet audio amps put out decent power, but as far as longevity, i dont know.
  6. and 1000rms at 2ohms isnt going to be cheap if its on a quality amp.
  7. everyone on here is going to say Audioque amps, DC Audio, and Sundown. Because thats what most of us use and they are durable and powerful.
  8. AQ puts in work, but is that 11.X voltage i see going down to 9.X???
  9. i mean when they start to get built. I know im low on the list but just wondering when.
  10. well, generally a vehicles electrical can only go up to 15volts (cars actual electrical). An alternator can go up to like 18 or 19v. Thats why you always see 16v systems having 1 alt with a step down to power vehicles stock electrical items(AC, power windows, locks, etc.).
  11. my truck system, video games(was a competitive cod4 player) but play the black ops mostly, watch movies, hang out, and mess with anything audio related. Also alter music and play CSS a tiny bit.
  12. THIS IS PENDING BETWEEN 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE RIGHT NOW FYI FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
