Starting off with ordering 6-Fi BTLs and 3 Saz-3500ds sounds like a good idea to no one except for the dealers. To the OP: You said 750rms in the first post therefore i assumed 750 and not 1000, if that is the case (1000rms), you wouldn't be giving them full power out of an amplifier that is perfectly capable of doing so putting them at 2-ohms as opposed to 1. :/

Actually what it says is 1700 watts rms @ 2-ohms, not 12 volts. If you put a hifonics amplifier at 12 volts, not only is your voltage low, your amplifer will never make rated power. As long as you are smart about the gains, send the amplifer clean signal at all times, put them in a quality box built to specs, you should be fine.

With two 12" re sx subs, and that amplifier wired to 2-ohm, on stock electrical you are probably seeing around 900-1000 watts. 140 is very do-able with a good enclosure. Sure another amplifier would help, but you shouldn't need it to do a 140. I'm sure you'll get plenty of advice from the people on here. I did a 141.5 on stock electrical with two old-school 15's on about 400-500 watts total.

Oh i believe it is the best sounding setup you've have, Audioque and Fi ain't no joke! But, as a somewhat reliable, not necessarily ideal method though, the warning light on the bass knob is there for a reason. If you feel that you need to get the knob turned up high enough to make it loud, regardless of the clip indicator yelling at you, what you REALLY need is a bigger amp. And when you say the clip light it just red, i was going off of the crunch/hifonics/maxxasonics bass knobs i have personally used in the past. I have never personally used an audioque product, but i am sure the clipping indicator doesn't lie.

If it sounds like poo, then you are not doing it right. When it is audibly clipping, turn your gains down. It's hard not to "know" if it is clipping. An o-scope would be ideal, ask your shop if they have one?
