+1 on trying A new disc, my disc got scratched but it'd let me play every map online except for Firing Range and NukeTown..it'd just freeze up.

the very first amplifier i got was some old pioneer amp that i cant remember the name of to save my life. but the second amp i got was this here Precision Power PC250, i had it bridged to one channel @ 4 ohms for 200 watts to an JL Audio 12W0 that was my first system in my ol 95GT Mustang. It sounded pretty clean until i clipped the sub to death lol.

just like the title states, The Laptop model is Gateway MT6730, It shut down on me 3 times in about 2 hrs tonight while i was watching a video on WorldStarHipHop, It's running Windows Vista Enterprise right now, idk if thats the problem, maybe i should ugrade to Win7? When it first started doing this i thought it was because i used to lay my laptop on the bed and we all know thats not good for laptops. I've looked around in the Event Viewer but i dont know what to do with any of the "errors" it says are happening. Im stumped and fed up with this laptop, i wanna punch a hole in the screen, but i need it right now any Tech guys out there with any ideas?

Hell, when I had my JL Audio 500/1 my lights were dimming like crazy, but with the amp I'm running now wired to 2ohms my lights barely dim. And that's all on stock electrical...some amps just are a little more power hungrier..
