    I would think that efficiency would be based MOSTLY on the box design. If you could find a good designer (like Sanitarium for his box or dwright27 for 4th orders), you should be happy with either in a DD. Will you be competing?

    I LOVE the look of Sanitarium's bandpass. Aesthetically, it shits all over the basic 4th order imho I dont know which one would be "better" though

    Sanitarium has a 6th order iirc. I think he's messed around with 4th orders though.

    I use Audacity. It's simple, appears to be accurate, and has many features (like boost the peak frequency)

    Good joke. Op, tests have shown that XLs are louder than level 5s on I think 3500watts rms each. XLs will be cheaper and should be louder. That's all assuming there's no, or little, distortion.

    A single Audioque AQ3500D.1. The new one that's rated at 4300wrms @ 1 ohm. I believe he has them wired at 1 ohm.

    It's all good man Nightshades have a reputation of taking SAZ2500 and 3500Ds. Im not sure whether or not that's daily. It wouldn't surprise me.
