Soo quick question; if you take two D2 woofers, wiring one woofer to 4 and the other one to 1 then paraelle them to 0.8 is that considered out of phase?

I would consider that fucked up wiring.

Your math is a tad off.
You'll wire to either 1 ohm or 4 ohm per sub and then to either 2 ohm or .5 ohm.
Wiring one sub in series while wiring the other sub in parallel is bad juju.
