    Is there a way to seal off a wall without expanding foam? Like build a tight fitting beauty baffle with foam on the edges or something?

      Just layer masking tape over anywhere that you are going to use the expanding foam.

      build some tight fitting panels and then put weather stripping on the edges of it, maybe even double layer the weather striping. might work great might not work at all but at about 5-10 a roll wont hurt to try.
