11.1v w/130a load test on a battery that used to not even be able to crank the car. Good? Bad? Meh?

Seems like a dead or dying cell. If introduced into a system, all it would do is bring the charging and resting voltage down. I'd keep it around for testing led's and lights, but not so much for a test bench.
