LMAO thanks Orion... sure did "blow"... I have no idea what caused it.. Im a wiring nazi.. I solder everything, zip tie everything, no loose strands, none of that shit... Ill pull the cover tonight when I get home.. I dont know much about amps so I wont really know what IM looking for.. but maybe Ill post up some pictures. Before it gets shot to hell at the range. 7.62x54r AP from a romak 3 will fix it right up.

22's will fit no issue. The coils will settle about an inch from what Ive read, but the are sitting about an inch and a half higher than stock( so once they settle, ill still be a touch higher than stock). Already done measured and with the proper backspace etc, theres room for 22's all day. 24's on a town car is when it starts not workin..

I wasnt talking about clearance I was talikng about the cushy ride you lost from taking the bags out. LOL. I know its not huge differance but the air suspension is so nice on those. Like riding on a cloud.

  11. Bags on their way out, coils on their way in. Wonder how she's gonna ride now..

90 minutes start to finish, including new shocks. Easy- breezy.

  12. Joy... the air ride compressor in my Lincoln just took a shit.. Time to do the coil spring conversion.

      It's a Town Car,

I saw the kits on strutmasters, but a lil googling and I was able to get part numbers and order Moog pieces from a place where my work has an account, got all the stuff even cheaper and Ill have it tomorrow at noon. Should only take me an hour once I get home from work.

Navigator needs air ride work, i love it though but its expensive and pain in the ass, but rides smooth and looks sick lowered.

  13. You get what you pay for typically Mikey... I'd recomend trying to save up at least a little more and maybe look at some other options, it'd be better for you in the long run, and allow you room to grow, but if you are dead set on it, it'll do what you need it too. If you dont have a lot of cash and want a good system, patience is a virtue.
  14. Lincoln is making noise finally, gains all the way down, and she's still gettin it louder than the Jeep ever was. Woot.

Uh-oh, heard that "excuse" in that shitty thread earlier. Gains all the way down.

  15. +1, so ive been thinkin about a tax stamp on an SBR to take care of that issue. Im surprised the hot water doesnt melt that tupperware...err glock.
  16. windows down was askin for it man. I live in a real nice suburb in ohio, and my ol ladies shit got broken into. Now we have cameras, a mean ass dog, and alarms on the cars.. can never be to safe, regardless where u live.
  17. thatd be some hella thick plating if you were to do it that way root beer... youd need a vat of silver larger than the item you plate in order to dip it... at that point itd be easier and possible more costs effective to have made your piece from silver to begin with.
  18. here you go, just skimmed over it, but looks like it has the info you seek, might not be to hard to do at home actually... but real plating looks like it might be left to the people that do it for a living. Took 3 seconds to find, google is your friend. http://www.finishing.com/faqs/silverathome.shtml
  19. definately high or retarded... Itd be sweet if it were easy.. plating is a process done through electrolysis. It would be done similar to chrome plating. I.e. not something you are gonna do at home in the kitchen most likely. And it would not be worth the cost to get everything needed, if you were only going to do it once.
  20. Maybe the sights on the one you shot were off, or perhaps you were sending fliers because you were anticipating the recoil... these S&W wheel guns are very accurate.
  21. Joo have secrets.... joo need to share secrets.. impressive to say the least, cant wait to see this bitch when you crank the gain up some....
