No! The speaker isn't that important of you want to play low it's all about ur box design you have alot to learn before u get started

I would it's only 50$ and it helps adjust it music. It's your money do what u want but u shouldn't get eq and max out the settings on it to get louder u will start clipping ur speakers

Well in material I includes wires RCA 0 gauge isn't cheap an Mdf or birch is around 35 a sheet

I don't think it's more power u might gain some but it's mainly to adjust music to your own taste I love mine and for 50$ can't go wrong
