You should call ATT BB tech support, they might be able to help you. You can also check out crackberry.com there is a forum on there and sometimes you can find solutions if someone else has had the same problem.

I have the Bold 9700 also and the only problem I have had so far is when I left plugged into the data line to my pc overnight it shut off and would not power back up until I rebooted, but I did not have any data loss. I have found with my BB's make sure you back up often, found out the hard way and lost all my contacts from many years. I have had the old BB 7520, Curve 8310 and now the Bold 9700. Good luck!

Flooding is no joke, my house has flooded twice. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. When people drive down the flooded streets fast enough to create a wake it can cause a substantial amount of damage that would have otherwise not been done. That wake can mean the difference of someone's house flooding. Please keep that in mind when driving down a flooded street, you wouldn't want someone to do that to you.

We spend Christmas Eve with Bill's family every year and Christmas Day with my family...seems to work out pretty well and everyone is happy.

You were right down the street from my work...LOL I was going to grab a quick lunch and I always look to see what kind of cars they have at Show Stoppers and there you were and you were still there on my way back to work giving demos. I had to stop and say hello. It was instant car show...when I went by the first time none of those people were there...LOL Ten minutes later Steve has them lined up waiting to get demos of the Tahoe.
