noob question (battery post)
Tarball replied to greg662's topic in XS Power Batteries / Chargers! (and other stuff too)
Check here. This isnt exactly what you posted that you are looking for but will still get you to where you are trying to go... http://www.wccaraudio.com/xs-power/installation-accessories/terminals.html Really though, you dont nessessarily want to make" those fit, you want to connect the wires you have to the batts with the least amount of connections. -
crazy bass from a 10 is gonna cost loot

They are dual 1.4 coils w/dual tinsel leads on each coil.. Brand new in the box (not sealed they were removed when I received them to verify the coils were good and to check for damage). I'd take 400each plus shipping.. I'm in NC 27265

i've been pondering selling 2 RE MT 15s. They would laugh at 2k RMS. But they are not cheap either...

When your car is parked and running and your voltage is low with all accessories off, disconnect your batteries. If your engine shuts off its your alternator for sure. -
Bad valve cover gasket?
Tarball replied to C-Fizzy's topic in Engine and Performance - Anything for that couple extra horses!
Never underestimate the overcomplexity of what should be a simple job. Not to mention the noob factor. If it's the first time doing it, it may take at least twice as long. -
Need more info, what power are you feeding it? what type of sound are you looking for ? are you trying to compete? what tuning ?
-
with 13" to play with you may want to consider a pair of 12s vs the one 15. You cna try to fabricate something but the simplicity of fitting the application instead of forcing it is priceless. Consider your time and money. Ultimately the choice is your of course. Sealed off and ported through the deck is what I would do, with 12s

ok to buy/ run in car?
Tarball replied to BassMunky's topic in Electrical-battery- Alternators- Wiring
Only problem i have with that type of fuse holder is that you have to terminate the wire at the holder instead of having a screw type terminal built into the fuse holder. -
Running at 16 volts or higher
Tarball replied to Schoopdogg's topic in Electrical-battery- Alternators- Wiring
if you run 16+ volts charging I recommend step down module(s) and a 12v batt up front to keep your vehicle electrical safe. "should be safe" is very different than IS safe in my opinion. -

Need help with computer freezing
Tarball replied to LT.Smoke's topic in Computer Talk - News, technology, advice
I recommend creating a new user account and test on that account. You may find your issue vanishes. There are a lot of other variable to consider though. This is just one troubleshooting step. Wow, didn't realize this was a necro... -
no, i don't have that option on the headunit. And to everyone.. i had a batt in the front and one in the rear, the one in the rear fried. I only have a single 9515 DD. and i never messed with the gains at all after the battery fried so it can't be that. could have blown 1 side of the coil. how do you have it wired ?
