Don't know where you got that info because welding cable insulation holds up to heat and chemicals a whole lot better than any car audio brand out there. And to the op, that is a great place to buy wire from. A whole lot cheaper than car audio specific wire and it performs better

I'm curently tuned to 25 hz and the high notes seems louder than some of the lows. Could easily differ in different vehicles due to your cars resonant peak. The lows are still crazy sick though

Yes box size does effect cooling. In a large box your sub will most likely be using a good amoun of it xmax. How ever in a small box, the cone of the sub will be more restricted to move and that means less air movin through through the motor

Id make a system where you could use just the mojo or just the kickers. I think that would be the only way to effeciently use that system. Using them all would definitely cause some cancelation
