  1. the math behind figuring out tuning is complex. download torres box tuning calculator. i think its in the sub enclosure sub forum
  2. title says it all. price shipped to saskatchewan, canada appreciated I'm also looking for a an AQ2200 or similar amplifier for my two 12's
  3. shit man can't complain about a 141 on a single 15 for your first comp. congrats
  4. Did the terminals fit on the 1/0 kolossus wire ok? I heard somone say that you almost need 2/0 terminals for their 1/0 wire but since the ring terminals are from the same company I hope they fit the wire haha or I might have some work ahead of me Not to be creepy, but where from in SK? I'm in Regina haha. It is a tight fight, but with a bit of squeezing its doable. You'll have trouble getting the cable in the terminals if you don't cut it nicely. Cut it as square and neatly as possible and they'll work. and I'm located in Saskatoon.
  5. Looking for one for my 95 VQ30DE shipped to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Please post price shipped if possible also still looking for a 2200-3k sub amp.
  6. I'm running the brutus 1200 for my two vvx12's. It's an ok amp, but it sorta left me wanting more power. So far ive used it for about 2 months and i'm upgrading to somewhere around 2200 rms. You can't really tell by my iPhone video but it gets the car vibrating pretty good. If you play real low shit it's where these woofers really shine. I had an open coffee in my cup holder the other day with some C&S remixes on and it splashed all over the place haha. Can't wait to see how they'll handle 2200
  7. I ordered from their main site and found their shipping rates reasonable to Saskatchewan. I ordered the kolossus fleks cable, its great stuff. Their ring terminals on the other hand weren't so great. The ones they sent me didn't fit in the Knu brand positive battery terminal i also ordered. I had to grind them down a couple millimeters to get them to fit.
  8. Looking for something to power a pair of VVX 12's. Shipping would be to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, postal code S7L 1L9. Also interested in Optima Yellowtops, 14 AWG speaker wire and used H/O Nissan/Infinity i30 alternators.
  9. Sorta surprised it fit. The stuff I used was monster cable 12 gauge and it had to be shaved down a lot to get two wires in in one terminal.
  10. Yeah I`ve seen the videos of pushing them with around 2k per sub. I plan on upgrading my amp later on, probably 1200 a piece I`m thinking would be sweet for daily use.
  11. The amp is a 1200.1 Brutus running a 1 ohm load for the D4 coils.
  12. Just breaking them in a little with my gain turned down before I tuned it. This video was from right after I finished the install, but I haven`t got around to cutting and uploading it till tonight.
  13. Thanks to Kevin and the guys at Skar Audio. I'm really happy with my new setup
  14. Use 14 AWG or smaller. 12 AWG won't fit nicely. It's what I used for my runs and jumpers for my VVX's but you have to shave it down a lot to get it to fit.
  15. Hey Steve, I would be interested in buying one of these in the future, but the shipping quote I receive from the website is $68 to Canada. Do you offer anything other more affordable shipping methods?
  16. I love the way my Infinity Kappas sound in my maxima. The model numbers are in my sig if you wanna check them out. I spent $75 per set and $180 for my amp at sonicelectronics.com. They have a really clean mid and high range and alright bass. I'd reccomend these if you already have subs or plan on getting them.
  17. I agreed to the terms above. I would install it in my 95 Nissan maxima gle good luck C Sanchez and to all who enter and merry Xmas!!
  18. I wound up getting those speakers and the 475a amp. I posted my build log here: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/127707-95-nissan-maxima-build-log-2011/
