"expensive" is all relative.... All my flip screen decks in the past (Pioneer Avic 1, 2 and 3's), my Alpine and Pioneer double din's......were all $1500 and up. I remember spending $1999 on my N1 at the time. So $1200 seems expensive until you look at the bigger picture. You get an Ipad mini, you get the dash kit, you get the kit ready to go for your vehicle. You not only have an ipad for a deck but you get to take it out and use it for other stuff. To me, it's worth it if you look at it like that. You can always do the work yourself if you got it like that I know i could but once in a while, i don't mind having the work done for me. Plus, those guys are getting damn good at it. So the iPad mini is part of the $1200? if I'm reading that correctly?

You could do that as well. Im not sure what your goals are but the stock lvl 3 will take that 1.2K all day long with no issue

Cause of the power that you are wanting to run. the stock lvl4 is a 1400rms woofer you are waning to ad XL parts so that would bump up the rms on that woofer. The stock lvl 3 is a 900rms and a 1800 peak which falls right into the power that you are wanting to use.

If it was me I would look into a lvl3 not the lvl 4

Yes it could cause its not constantly seeing .7 load you will most likely rise above 1ohm when playing. Why not get the 2k? or do you already have the 1.2k?
