  1. What size box, tunning, and areo port would work for a pair of Sundown ZV4 12's,of a Sundown 3500?
  2. Is there anyone doing this without a wall and without a huge amount of cash?
  3. That sounds good,I just don't want to have to recone them or fix anything on them. Not really concerned on looks as much as performance.
  4. I'm thinking about ordering four of the Sundown SA Ultra 12's and seeing if anyone knows anything about them. I haven't found any specs or builds on them. What are your guys thoughts about them? Any advice would be great.
  5. I have a 2000 2 door blazer, h/o alternator, 3 batteries, 2 runs of welding cable, and a SQ3500 watt amp. I'm really trying to pull hairtricks now, and looking for any idea's you guys have to do this with. It's going to be between 4 SA 12s,4 SA 15s,or 2 ZV3 15s. No walling it,just ported box. So,which subs to I go with, and how big should the box and port be? And where should the subs and port be positioned, up,back? Also, what should it be tunned at? Thanks in advanced
  6. I plan on running a SQ3500 amp,three Optima batteries,HO alternator,2/0 welding cable,in either a Blazer,or Cheroke.I wanted to get opinion's on what you guy's think what build the most pressure,four 15 SA's,or two ZV3 15's?
  7. Ok,I just cannot understand how this country,as a whole,is suppose to be moving forward, yet, there's so many people still going backward's.You cannot help ignorance, and people who thrive on misery. We have the first African American president in this country's history, but I guess some people don't realize how important that is.Instead, there's those who want to stay negative, angry, and feel like they deserve silver and gold.Really? Why?You want this country to take care of you, yet, you will not take care of it,wow, way to go there.Try living in some third world country, see how that goes for you.If you feel strongly unjustified, educate yourself.Fight back with wisdom, not ignorance.
  8. Well,I guess, how loud does he want to get is the question.I just think,if you do wall's,cut-through's,and all the big boy stuff,it's obvious you're shooting for big number's.
  9. I have 2 15's in my truck,no wall,or cut-through,same amp,and I do 149 db's on music.A lot has to do with your box.But just from experience,some sub's don't get as loud as other's for the same price range.
  10. ok,first of,the class you're in,is hard.guy's hit over 150db's in that class.addictive audio,i think is one of your problem's.they're not compition sub's.if you're box is built right,i would change up those sub's.you can be louder, but it'll cost you.i couldn't make that show, but i'll try to make the fresno and maybe san jose one.i would be more than glad to help you out if i can,if you decide to continue this, and make more show's.
  11. This is a good topic. Is it better to run a relay if you have more than One amp?Or just jump the remote lead from one amp to the other? And,if so,why?
  12. What is this?DB drag,MECA?And what are the catagories?
  13. Cool, thank's guy's.Will update you guy's when I get all them song's and see if any made a difference.
  14. ya.but cant find any songs that do steady 45 hz,just some that play it for a second or two.
  15. Ok,we did some testing on my truck and my box is tuned to 36hz,truck peak's at 45hz..Now,my question's are,do I play music tunned around 36 hz or 45hz..There is a 2.5db difference between 36 to 45hz,of course being louder at 45.Also,I've been searching and searching but can't find any song's that have a good steady 45hz tone.Any help guy's,thank's.
