you can try dry ice or an aresol can of freeze spray and a chisel to just pop it off, it will get harder when its like frozen cold i believe and easier to pop off without all the goo stuck on there

not sure where i should put this but i thought this was good. if not then ill move. ive been wondering where i should put my amps when i do my whole system, not sure im gonna be able to put them next to my box because of size issues, (< hah). okay but i was wondering if i could put them under my seat's? only reason i ask is because it gets pretty warm under they're being as my seats are basically sitting on top of my transmission so it heats the floor up was gonna see if i could just put some second skin or what and make it better? also if i put some fans under they're and what not? yes yes yes, im sorry lol typo haha, but yeah i emailed all 3 of them, singer, mechman, and dc power about it all. the fastest to reply was singer alternators. for 430 dollars for a 230 amp alternator, direct bolt in with a pulley to increase amperage at lower rpm's. will see what everyone has to offer though first before i make my decision.

i have a 1993 ford f150 straight 6 4.9L, the only motors ive seen are the 5.7 and 5.0 for my truck and year model.. i was wondering if the 5.0 or 5.7 motors alternator would fit my truck too or what would have to happen to get it to fit? thanks
