    ill be ordering a 320a alt an have a yellowtop up front an a d3100 in back an all 0gauge. an wont play it full tilt, an ill have a voltage meter to make sure it doesnt dip under 13

    i have been really wondering what kind of power this sub will take. i have been really contemplating selling it an getting a higher power handling sub. but i think my problem just might be im not powering this sub like it should. its 15" sub an its a dual 1 sub. so would this sub safely take a BC2000 @ 0.5ohm. i figure with some box rise it might be around 1ohm or so. an was wondering could that sub safely take that power. if so im going to keep it. it already is really loud on about 750-900 watts. an how much of a difference would i see going from about 750-900 watts to 2k. thanks guys.

    has anybody tested a tenney alt? i was about to get one and i was wanting to make sure it did what it says. i see a few people that love his alts.

      yup, talk to ChillMasterWill. He's got first exp, and seems to be more than happy... Although personally I'd go with something thats been around longer and is a bit more proven.

      Probably not unless your cadence RCA's are damaged.

    i have some old RF subs that was on my hot trunk an in a blazer with only a topper so it was exposed to a good bit of sunlight to, an they are 05 models i believe an the surround just tore some this year. so u should have quite a bit of use out of it. an these RF surrounds were weak compared to sundowns surrouds. hope this helps at all

    If it was me. I'd run them on 1k each. 2k between the pair. I kno they would b fine with that. An I have heard of ppl pushing 1500-2k each an were fine. But to me that would b to much of a gamble.

    did a 143.5 out of my trunk on a single 15 an only 900 watts. trunk wasnt sealed off either. i was so stoked.

      he did it at 41 hz. i pulled a 140.5 out of my unsealed truck with him. Both systems done by Some awesome guy named justin. he likes to toot his own horn. also chris (zydrix) was loudest of show.
