We all heard the bouncer say the kid was selling drugs, we also heard the kid say he wasn't. So it was the bouncer word bs the kids word, so since there's no facts then we can't use that at all. But you assumed the kid WAS selling drugs. The bouncer looked through and called someone with the kids phone. (potential invasion of privacy/abuse of power/unwarranted search). FACT The bouncer punched the kid in the face multiple times. FACT The bouncer locked the door when the kid tried to get out. (false imprisonment) FACT The bouncer took the kids money. FACT The bouncer made the kid bow down to him (hate crime in a good lawyers book) FACT So it looks like were all going with fact and you're the only one jumping to conclusions. EDIT: and when you said that being accused of selling drugs, you were kidding right?!?! Cuz that happens all the time. Let me add to this, he emptied out his pockets and had NOTHING on him that was drug related. And don't tell me that having 300 bucks in his wallet at a strip club means he was selling drugs. Do some reading on this. This club has been reported to police multiple times for shakedowns such as this. What is different about this one, his buddy posted the video online. He is already facing multiple charges and is out on bail. Hopefully this kid gets a good lawyer because I do think this should be handled as a hate crime as well.
