Customer service rating 1 - 10, I would have to say 11. quality of equipment rating that I have owned. 11. pretty much if they stopped doing what they do for a day they would still be better than anyone out there. Also, I have pissed off several people that have 15" and 12" subs will leave the name of the speakers out but those 4 - 8" level 2's are shutting them down and making them go DAMN thats all you got. then they trip even more when I tell them that these are the entry level and are taking 500+ watts daily. I would love to see some level 3 8" with the same type of mounting setup as the level 5 10". Rusty, Ana, Rob. Keep up the good work and as Rusty and Ana know I am DC for life. Planning on getting some more done on April 5th after I take the kids to school. These guys are great, I don't think I can ever switch just because they always welcome calls even at the busiest of times. DC for life!!
