OSHA will give them a time limit to fix any violations...plenty of time too. Most of the time the violations will only cost the company a little time to fix things. OP, i guess if it offends you. BeatBox Posted April 28, 2011 Report Posted April 28, 2011 Easy IMO find another job that WILL respect you and for your work and will hopefully see that and pay you better. you could to the higher boss and tell him about all the BS going on but not sure if there is one for this private owned type of business we have the same type of sht going on at work all the time-Discount tire (managers talk the talk but cant walk the walk) they ask us do move faster and get sht done quicker and wonder why stuff takes too long, so they step in to help us out but sht takes double the time when they do. as far as the racist jokes, sometimes within friends its all good. but when someone says it and means it then FUCK THAT. some new guy at work said some sht to me joking around (he said) manager heard him and he got the boot.

Do you know for sure the owners have talked to him? I had a boss like this once until I blew up at him one time... problem solved. Sometimes they need to know where they stand with you and if you feel he is over the line and you don't say anything directly to him then he will continually stay over that line.
