I have wondered this for years. I had a friend growing up like that, he told so many stories that he had no chance of keeping up! Believe it or not, my friend finally grew out of it, for the most part. Course it wasn't till after turning 30. I always thought it was becouse he was SO desperate to have something to be proud of. Cause now that he actually does have some stuff, he doesn't seem to want to lie about it anymore. Could just be that he realized how stupid he looked, IDK?
