jconnway
Anyone ever run a JL Audio 6W3v3? It's a 4 or 8 ohm 6.5 inch subwoofer... as a matter of fact, has anyone ever run a woofer smaller than an 8? i saw these diminutive woofers at a stereo shop in my area; they are .25 inches smaller than my mids! The box was about the size of a keyboard. It's more of a novelty than anything i suppose (how loud are they realistically gonna get, especially in a little prefab box) but they were cool nonetheless. Anyone run these? Quote Full Pioneer Build 4 Per Door - Front Door Build Up

Supercharged DCs
DDW6.5 subs seem pretty damn good as well. Plan to run one in a custom center console. Quote Bassless once again. jconnway
DDW6.5 subs seem pretty damn good as well. Plan to run one in a custom center console. Thats what I'm thinking as well! The interior dimensions of my center console storage armrest thing are bigger than necessary for any of the 6.5s mentioned, maybe even an 8... I could build a little box that slides right in there.... port it out the front or back... it would probbably be sweet! but i kinda already have alot of bass/midbass its becoming a case of where can i fit more speakers Quote Full Pioneer Build 4 Per Door - Front Door Build Up

RooTxBeeR
That just blows my mind how this guy and punkrok have made 6.5's in a T-Line with low power, small enclosure, and pound the hell out of it. I just can't imagine a build like this on full scale, with MANY 6.5's woofers on some serious clean power.
