This may be a stupid question but i have no idea, do i have to re-tint my car to legal terms and pay the ticket, or could i just keep my illegal tint on and pay the ticket. So basically, my question is, is it required to remove all illegal tint once you get ticket'd for it? But your second fine could be substantially more if you were to get hit a second time if you just leave it on. (I can LEGALLY have the back 3 windows solid black) wrote on ticket that the box isnt what obstucted his view in... got the ticket lessend when i went to fight it, was the same cop ive had problems with before...
