Jisher Posted July 12, 2011 Report Posted July 12, 2011 I have an Hifonics 1700w amp and i was trying to compare 2 SD audio 12's to 2 12" DC level 3's or 4's. Id like something that would last and could take some beating. Are there any other subs in the same price range that are worth mentioning?

Other subs that you may want to look at may be Ascendant Audio, Fi, and Sundown Audio. Theyre all partners on this site. And none of that is saying one sub is better, just the DC are rated for less power, and it's known that SA's can take much more than what they are rated for.
