Robert8252
Is this something you sold and someone sent money for? If so that's weird. But now if this is on eBay paypal has always done that. Anything through eBay as a seller paypal holds the money for 21 days or if you use paypal shipping labels to track shipment that can take the hold off quicker. Grey_Fox
Went to the Paypal forums and found this from a moderator. "Is this hold going to be implemented to all eBay sellers?" "That is a fair question, so I'll do my best to provide an answer: Yes and no Conceivably, all eBay accounts could have holds placed on payments. We periodically review all of our accounts and make a determination on whether holds will continue or be lifted. Just because holds exist now doesn't mean they will continue. And visa versa. So I would be very surprised if at any time every eBay seller had holds. It's more of a dynamic process where some merchants will have holds, then they'll be removed, while other sellers will suddenly have holds placed. Rinse and repeat. I hope that clears it up somewhat. kam311
I already had my holds, and had them realeased! I think they did mine because I didn't sell anything for like 2 years and then started selling again. I was upset at the moment but I see why they did it, they have to he able to protect the buyers also. But yeah, I know it sucks huge balls Quote so far...
