That law sucks too. Just below us in N. Carolina, they dont have to have one. Laws in va suck I got pulled over by a state trooper for having my Winfield too dark and I was just traveling through my truck was tagged in ar Btw that was the first person. You're better off riding a bike around here. But Fish, see what state law requires and if there are any loopholes in the system or what possible fines and penalties there are. Or make a custom license plate frame that isn't all faded and shitty looking. Every time a highway patrol stopped me I'd look in the rear view to see if they flipped around. Sometimes they did, sometimes they didn't. Never once got a ticket for it though(my tint did).
